General Summary The Sales Support Associate's primary job will be performing custodial duties assigned by the management including cleaning the main sales floor, offices, and bathrooms.
Additionally, the Sales Support Associate will be required to load bagged goods, patio stones, and other items.
Additionally, assembly of products will consume much of the associates time.
The Sales Support Associate will be expected to assist customers by providing an amazing customer experience unparalleled in the industry.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated student that will be available via the work program from early afternoon until closing and on Saturdays.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Store Operations Assist in creating a positive, professional and safe work environment.
Assist with receiving, checking in and stocking of merchandise throughout the store.
Assist with daily maintenance, orderliness and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room and outdoor merchandise area.
Assist with providing a clean and orderly sales floor, including end caps and ad merchandise.
Participate in store meetings.
Be professional in appearance and actions.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Other Essential Requirements Strong Work Ethic Education/Training None Experience Formal retail experience preferred but not required.
Physical Demands Standing, walking, lifting (up to 80lbs) and climbing.
