Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing inventory, loads, weekly goals met and scheduling meetings.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical - Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including processing invoices and payments - Conduct general ledger accounting and reconciliation activities - Assist with budgeting and financial reporting tasks, this will include building budgets within the company as well as analyzing plan vs actual on a weekly basis so management knows how to manage the outside business.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets - Utilize software such as QuickBooks for financial record keeping - hours can be flexible as a long as the job gets done.
Experience:
- Proven experience in administrative support roles - Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and general ledger accounting principles - Experience with general ledger reconciliation and debits/credits concepts - Familiarity with budgeting processes and balance sheet reconciliation - Proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage or QuickBooks Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Job Type:
